The Customer Process

Customer can self check in
Kiosk Self Check In

Customer self checks in using either their name or customer id number. Customer is documented & timestamped and added to the check list style display.

Customer wait in lobby
Waiting Room

Customer waits in lobby to be called by number or first name. Any staff member can click acknowledge to call the customer to a particular desk or station.

Staff can call customers to their station with one click
Treatment

Customer is called to nurse station where treatment is administered. Once the visit is completed, staff clicks check out to timestamp and document the end of the visit.

Reports & Analysis

Volume & Stats

With the timestamps we build valuable reports that show exact volume by hour and statistics that help plan staffing. Reports make it easier to keep the business at peak efficiency. Which hour of day has the longest wait time?

Staff Performance

The time stamps of when a customer was acknowledged or called in and the timestamp of when they completed the visit translate to actual treatment times. These can also be brokwn down by the reason for visit to give more granular statistics.

Hourly Stats

Do you really know exactly how many customers you serve in each hour of the day? Exact Wait times? The timestamps give exact statistics. Maybe the business could flatten out the customer flow to help plan staffing better.

Historical Data

Reports track which customers arrive on time, which ones take longer and even which staff member witnessed treatment. The system can easily create a report on a specific person giving printable documentation of the treatment history.
